Cancellation Policy
June 1, 2009 to Sep 5, 2009. With less than 14 night prior cancellation notice, deposit is forfeited. All cancellations are subject to a $15 USD service fee. Sept 7, 2009 to May 31, 2010. With less than 7 nights prior cancellation notice, deposit is forfeited, all cancellations are subject to a $15 USD service fee.
Deposit Policy
June 1, 2009 to Sept 6, 2009. All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Sept 7, 2009 to May 31, 2010. All reservations require a one night deposit at time of booking.
