Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancel less than 21 nights prior to arrival a 50% of total price will be charged. No shows will be charged 100%. After confirmation, deposit is not refundable. Full refund of deposit, less 5% or $15 USD processing fee, whichever is greater, if reservation is cancelled in accordance with the Hotel's Cancellation Policy. Reservations are not confirmed if credit card is invalid and will be cancelled by Resort Bookings. Guest name on reservation must be credit card holder.
Deposit Policy
All reservations require a 30% deposit at time of booking. Deposit to be taken by Resort Bookings.
