Cancellation Policy
Must cancel one night prior to 1201 EST day of arrival to avoid a one night penalty plus cancel fee of 5% or 15 USD, whichever is greater. Cancel two or more days before arrival you will be charged $15 USD or 5% of deposit, whichever is greater. No refund for no shows or early departures.
Deposit Policy
100% of the total reservation will be taken at time of booking by Resort Bookings. Refund policy - full refund of deposit less 5% or 15 USD processing fee, whichever is greater, if reservation is cancelled in accordance with the hotels cancellation policy.
